- Gesetz über die Tätigkeit europäischer Rechtsanwälte in Deutschland (EuRAG) – (Law regulating the activity of European Lawyers in Germany)
- Berufsregeln der Rechtsanwälte der Europäischen Gemeinschaft (CCBE) – (Code of Conduct for European Lawyers)

Professional liability insurance
The professional liability insurance is provided by Allianz Versicherung-AG, 10900 Berlin. The insurance coverage is valid worldwide.
Extrajudicial settlement and alternative dispute resolution in line with the “ODR Ordinance”
In the case of disputes between lawyers and their clients, there is the possibility of extrajudicial settlement at the Frankfurt am Main Bar Association, Bockenheimer Anlage 36, 60322 Frankfurt am Main, Germany in line with § 73 Para. 2 No. 3 in combination with § 73 Para. 5 of the BRAO (German Federal Lawyers’ Act) or at the Settlement Board of the Federal Chamber of Lawyers at the Federal German Bar Association, Neue Grünstraße 17, 10179 Berlin, Germany (Website: http://www.schlichtungsstelle-der-rechtsanwaltschaft.de).
We will not take part in dispute resolution proceedings before these settlement boards or any other settlement board within the meaning of the Law on Dispute Resolutions and are also not obliged to do so.
